Limoges porcelain cup and saucer, Haviland, Schleiger number 945, decorated with yellow and black bands and blue or aqua laurel boughs. The pieces are also decorated with gold striping. Dimensions: cup: about 3-5/8" diameter x 4-1/2" wide x 2" high; saucer: 5-1/2" diameter. The pieces are marked with an underglaze "Haviland / France" in green and an overglaze "Haviland & Co. [arching over] / Limoges / for / P.D.G. / Indianapolis, Ind." in red. These place the time of manufacture between about 1894 and 1931. The pieces are in great condition, with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. T is little wear to either the yellow/black/blue decoration or gilding.
