This Poi Pounder appears to be cast. It has the feel of a small cannon ball and has seams which I have tried to show. Looks like wear from use on the bottom and w one would hold the pounder for making Poi. The height is approx. 7", base 5 1/2" weight 3-5 pounds. I don't know much about pounders except most seemed to be made of stone. T is pitting like it has been buried or in water, I really don't know much about it so if anyone out t has any information I would greatly appreciate if they would email me.
