Up for auction is a round aqua colored glass mini bottle measuring 4" tall, 1/16 th pint with sealed top.Front label reads: J A HENNESSY & CO, COGNAC; PRODUCT OF FRANCE; SCHIEFFELIN & CO. NEW YORK N.Y. Condition of this label is excellent.Also contains back label which has several paragraphs and is in excellent condition.Side of bottle contains State of Illinois 1936 Tax Stamp.Bottle maintains original seal which reads Hennessy Cognac Brandy, Wakem & Whipple; Chicago Ill. Original metal seal and tax stamp is all intact and was never opened. T is an old piece of tape aroudn the tax stamp that will probably come off but I'll leave that up to the new owner. Bottom of bottle is kicked up like a champagne bottle. This is a really neat old mini bottle. A must for the mini collector!Please email any questions.
