Items sent by letter post are not trackable for most countries and even for countries where they are trackable due to low priority items sometimes tracking info is not uploaded in destination country so if you ask me repeatedly for tracking no. please remember I am at the mercy of the post office which may or may not give tracking info for your country. I will not reimburse either shipping cost or item cost in case items are damaged or lost when sent using free economy shipping. Proof of shipment we will be provided as and when required.
