Vintage high-end quality 5-strand necklace with a large ornate feature clasp which can be worn at the side, front or back according to preference. The necklace dates from c1950s - 1960s. It has been worn but has been well looked after and there is little or no sign of wear to the bright gold-tone of the clasp or the spacer end-caps. The lustre coating on the faux pearls is intact. The length of the shortest strand together with the width of the clasp is 15 inches. The longest strand measures approx 21 inches. The jade green beads are matt glass, the bronze-brown facetted beads are lucite with an AB rainbow coating and there are faux pearls in turquoise, bronze and olive green colours. The larger beads are approx 1/4 inch diameter (8mm). The push-in clasp is just under 1.25 inches long x approx 1 inch wide. This type of necklace would originally have been sold in jewellery shops and up-market stores and boutiques. Please message me if you have any questions. I am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases but would appreciate payment of the total amount due within 7 days of your first winning bid. Thank you for looking.
