This means that the clock is 2 sided, with a clock face on each side being ran by the same movement. The clock is in very nice original condition, with some tarnish on the case, but the original glass, and all original parts seem to be in tact. The movement is a 8 day 7 jewel movement, which I could not get to run, it would tick a few times if I moved the clock around, but it wouldn't stay running. So I am selling the clock as-is for repair. Otherwise is a great little clock!*Listed Movement Condition is merely an opinion based upon my observations during inspection of the clock. Clocks contain sensitive workings that require great care. These small parts are not made to handle the rough conditions of the shipping process and sometimes require service by a professional in order to function properly after shipment. I do test ALL the clocks I sell for functionality and list the clock accordingly, as well as package them with special care taken to the movements to ensure the least amount of stress on the movement during shipping. Please Note That although a clock may be running while in my possession, I cannot provide ANY guarantees that the clock will be running after shipping as clocks are highly sensitive to the shipping process. UNFORTUNATELY sometimes the movement will get thrown out of sync and need to be cleaned, or adjusted professionally after being shipped. 90% of the time there are no issues and the clock arrives perfectly fine, but occasionally things do happen. Please also realize that these clocks are mechanical, and will not keep time the same way a brand new battery operated clock will. They need to be adjusted to keep proper time once being set up, this adjustment is most of the time easy to do, but if you are not experienced with antique clocks, I suggest contacting me prior to purchasing, or contacting a local clock professional for assistance.
