VINTAGE, MINT “HO” FALLER FACTORY BUILT # 215 GAS STATION AND CAFÉThis is the motorized and lighted one. The sign on top of the roof revolves (you have many plastic signs to choose from along with decals - the photos do not show the sign on top of the roof but the signs are provided with the structure). This would be an excellent addition to your Marklin, Fleischmann, Hag, Pocher, Trix, or RivarossI layout.It would also be nice with your “HO” slotcars and model motoring.Box is very good but has tape on it as well as numerous price reductions written on it (must have been a tough sell in the early 1960’s). Wait a minute, that’s when I bought it. Never used it, perhaps you can.Shipping and Handling: Buyer pays shipping and handling which can include postage, packaging, delivery confirmation, a label processing fee as applicable, and insurance if requested by the buyer. I only charge .25 for my domestic handling costs and $1 international when double boxed. United States: Normal shipping takes from 5 - 14 business days however, I am not responsible for the timeliness or performance of the USPS .
