DESCRIPTION: This auction is for 4 vintage ho gauge Plasticville buildings. Ther is a fire house, school, jail, and control tower. The chimney on the school, has been replaced with a piece of styrofoam, that has been made to look like a bricks. The rest of the buildings appear to be complete. I have tried to show as much as possible, They are a little dusty, but overall, they are in good condition. This is from an estate that I am selling off, and will be listing more soon. If anyone has questions, I will try to answer them. PAYMENT: I only accept PayPal for payment. I expect payment to be made within 4 days of auction end. After 7 days, I will consider it non-payment, and will contact e-bay, and relist item. SHIPPING: I am willing to combine shipping on multiple items that you purchase, as long as you make me aware, and let me know ahead of time as to your intention. I would like to close this type of transaction within 5 days of first purchase. I try to ship as soon as possible after payment has been made.
