EXCELLENT CONDITION Holmegaard Kastrup Danish Modern Smoke Glass Decanter Designed by Jacob E. Bang Up for au ction and offered without reserve is a vintage Holmegaard Kastrup Danish Modern Smoke Glass Decanter. This decanter was designed by Jacob E. Bang in 1950 and is from the Viol Range which was produced from 1950-1980. Decanter and crown shaped stopper are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, rough edges or damage and decanter still retains its original label which dates the piece from 1957-65. Decanter measures just over 10" high and approximately 3 1/2" across. Label reads Kastrup Holmegaard / By Appointment to H.M. The King of Denmark / Made in Denmark. This is a stunning decanter with great style and in wonderful condition. A nice match for the smoke glassware I have currently listed.
