A beautiful red syrup pitcher. Has been in my collection for over 25 years. In very nice shiny condition. In pieces of Riviera, small flaws are almost always present. Lovely, smooth surface. There are some factory flaws-the lip has very very tiny darker spots in the glaze, and the usual slight variations in the glaze which is common to all Riviera pieces. As you can see, the lid has a chip which happened before I purchased it. It still displays very well when the lid is on as the chip is on the underside of the lid. Such a rare piece to have in any condition. There is darkening of the bottom edges of the lid and base where the piece is unglazed when manufactured. Might come off with a cleaning, but I didn't want to do anything to it other than clean it with a soft cloth. As the piece is vintage, it is not in new in box condition.Will pack securely in a double box with plenty of bubbles.Look at photos and ask any questions before bidding.Sells as is.
