~*~Hello and thank you for looking~*~ ~*~This buy it now is for this beautiful 33 feet by 23.6 inches piece of this roll ( 10.2 meters by 60cm) ~*~ This is a wonderful roll of antique/vintage European hand-woven linen~This lovely roll is so chunky and rustic! Nice and thick and extremely durable ~*~The stripe is a beautiful French red~ and the tone of the linen is a lovely natural oatmeal. The weave is medium open~ this roll lovely and extremely tactile!~*~ This roll is freshly laundered and ready to use~ no holes no stains just wonderful! ~ ~*~This wonderful fabric has so many uses:~*~Upholstery, bedding, cushions, curtains,clothing, Roman Blinds, bags, ~ so many wonderful sewing projects~*~ ~*~Shipping information~*~ Good news for my customers~*~ I ship worldwide and I offer a very economical and reliable service called Priority Mail offered by the United States Postal Service~ this works for both Domestic and International customers. I am able to send smaller items (most single pieces of French fabric, most mangle cloths and small multiple purchase.) within one envelope for $5.60 anyw within the USA, $10 for Canada and Mexico, and $12 anyw else in the world! The only requirement is that the textiles fit well within the envelopes. Single grain sacks do not fit into these envelopes so please always request an invoice before paying and I will weigh your item and send an invoice for the least expensive option. I will always do my very best to fit as many pieces in as possible!~*~ For combined purchases that will not fit into an envelope and for combined multiple purchases t is another Priority mail service that I can offer called "flat rate box". I can ship anyw within the USA for $9.95, Canada and Mexico $24 or anyw else in the world for only $39! I will fit as many textiles as possible into these boxes and the dimensions are (in inches): 11 by 8.5 by 5.5 or 13.6 by 11.8 by 3.37 . ( the volume is about 2 medium sacks~*~) However, for single sacks it is very often less expensive for me to send in a regular parcel, so please always request an invoice before paying and I will send the least expensive way~For larger purchases like linen rolls, that do not fit into the flat rate envelope or box, most times you will be able to use the shipping calculator so you can automatically see the charges for any destination in the world. ~ You can always trust that Loodylady will do her utmost to ensure that customers are getting the most economical and reliable service available. I will happily ship by other means by special request if I am able~*~ ~ Priority mail takes 2-3 working days for USA deliveries and 6-10 days for International deliveries! ~*~ If you require insurance for your parcel please request before posting and I will add this fee to the shipping charge~*~ To avoid possible disappointment, I always recommend insuring every parcel~*~ ~*~The woman weavers of yesterday would spend their evenings weaving these amazing rolls of linen. It took the average woman 1 night to weave 60 centimeters ( 24 inches) of linen ~*~ These rolls are 100% machine washable, on 40 or 60 celcius..if t is visible dirt, just add a bit of Oxywash! They are so easy to wash, simply spin dry then remove when wet. Roll the linen tightly and let sit overnight. In the morning unroll and allow to dry naturally~ this presses the linen and t is usually no need to iron ( unless you prefer it perfect). Pure linen or hemp rolls tend to have no shrinkage, the rolls with cotton tend to have some shrinkage. These rolls are tough and sturdy, built to last.....and last and last!! New Hemp can be soaked in water for 3 days and then washed on regular cycle to soften or one can use liquid fabric softener if desired. Most of my rolls don't tend to need any additional help with softening as they have a lovely texture as is~ ~*~ Hemp is built to last for many many generations making it a lovely textile for creating family heirlooms~*~ All of my line...
