This is a gorgeous vintage necklace. It came to me in an estate lot but I am not sure of an exact age. The HUGE butterfly is incredibly ornate. It is made of a lower grade silver with deep purple faux stones. They almost look black from a distance. The butterfly measures 6.5 inches across at the widest point. Over all the necklace is 26.5 inches long and made with out a clasp. It is in wonderful vintage condition. This is a very unusual and pretty estate find.
