Fresh from a Southern Wisconsin Antique Auction comes this vintage HULL Art Pottery PIGGY BANK This multi-colored glazed Piggy is also known as a dime bank. I believe this bank was manufactured in the 1950's and glazed in gloss pastel colors. This Piggy Bank measures 5 1/2" tall and has a base diameter of 3". This vintage piggy bank is in wonderful condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. Slight glaze crazing from years of use. The unglazed base rim has a tiny flake to it, but no distracting chips.The bottom has a cork stopper for coin removal. The back of the head has a slot for coin deposits. On the back bottom this bank is marked USA. This is a wonderful vintage pottery piggy bank for anyones collection, or Hull Art Collection.
