Welcome Vintage Hull Art Pottery Collectors! Up for auction from a neat old estate is a beautiful, LARGE and old Hull Wildflower Vase. The owner was an avid Hull collector. This vase is one of a large collection. It has been well cared for and proudly displayed as the pictures show. The vase bears the authentic Hull markings "Hull Art, USA, W-15-10 1/2" (1940's). This old beauty is an excellent investment piece! No cracks, chips or repairs! WOW! Book value of this vase is $325.00! This vase is in superb overall condition - the colors are rich and the mold is crisp! It does NOT exhibit natural age crazing! Unusual for vintage pottery!!! I can see a couple of glaze pops the size of needle point and one paint and glaze miss on the rim made in the manufacturing process many years ago. This could be mistaken for a chip, but glaze covers nearly all of paint miss except for the very middle which points to an obvious manufacturing flaw. Again though...the pictures tell the tale! The vase is gorgeous and cared for! A showcase piece of Vintage Hull! For those of you new to Hull Pottery, I guarantee you this is a 100% authentic 1940's antique! T is fake Hull on Ebay, much to my dis-taste. I deal in Hull a lot and you can rest assured this is a quality piece!
