Vintage hard to find Peppers Tree House playset . The playset is in good clean condition as seen. A couple of minor flaws! Note this item comes with the pieces seen in the pics but NOT the box or instructions. I included a pic of the box so that you could see the tree house put together. The tree house pieces are marked with each tab having an alpha to help easily put the pieces in the proper place.It is missing the seesaw and the ladder but does include lantern, coffee pot, skillets, cat, two squirrels, tire swing, birdhouse, bird, stool, table, chair, pail and the pieces to put the treehouse together including tree backdrop. See pics for all pieces, except of course the box.I have also included a chair swing; I don't believe is original to the set but is the same color of yellow. Flaws , One tab on table broken, and a couple of tabs on treehouse pieces broken, but treehouse can still be put together and displayed nicely. couple of meltmarks on the red flooring but inside closure so not noticible when put together.I have described everything I have found wrong but this would still my a nice display for your dolls
