This is a very nice old Sword that I recently bought at an auction. The sword is 34 3/4" long with a 28" blade that is marked W. A. RAYMOLD NEW YORK, N.Y . The blade is heavily decorated and has a person's name on one side and ST. JOHNS COMMANDERY NO.11, K.T. WILLIMANTIC, CONN . The blade is in very nice shape with no rust or corrosion. The handle is made of composite or bakelite material and is in very good shape with no chips or cracks but t are scratches. The handle is decorated with a brass/gold colored item with a deep red cross inside it. The handguard is nicely decorated and also has a cross as part of the decoration. The pommel is a helmeted knights head . I prefer PAYPAL but will accept cashier's check or money order. Item to be shipped U.S. Mail. Cost of insurance is $1.65 or more (depending on the amount of coverage). Most of my items are of a vintage age and could have minor flaws that would have been normal in that era of manufacturing.
