Up for auction we are offering a vintage slag knife rest by Imperial Glass. This slag glass knife rest is one of two that we are offering for auction this week. Both are slag amberina with milk glass. The knife rest offered in this auction has more of the amberina coloring; both are unique and beautiful. The knife rest measures approximately 4 1/8 inches in length. It has the Imperial Glass mark on the stem - the G superimposed over the I. It is in very good vintage condition. T is a very minor flake on one of the pressed glass points. It is difficult to find. I looked this piece over several times over several days and didn't see it. It does not detract from the desirability of this great piece. These vintage slag glass knife rests are pretty hard to find. Now is your opportunity to add this great find to your collection.
