You are bidding on a Vintage Improved Handy Asbestos Shingle Cutter that is complete with blade adjustment screws. This was manufactured by Specialty Tool Mfrs., Belleville, Ill, Model T-36. The blades are in very good condition with no cracks or chips. We will be shipping this item via FedEx even though it says we will use USPS. Please wait for an invoice before paying. T will be a $10.00 crating fee for this item. Buyer is to assume all responsibility for the cost of shipping and handling. I expect payment within 7 days of the auction ending unless prior arrangements are made. I do prefer PayPal, but will accept money orders, bank checks or cashiers checks. I'm sorry but personal checks are not accepted. I pack all of my items tightly and securely. I can not guarantee how the Post Office handle an item once it is in the mail. Insurance is optional and left up to the buyer for an additional small cost. Thank you for looking and have fun bidding!
