This is a nice Indian Wars Officer's Belt that I believe was for an Artillery Officer. The Belt is in good condition but a small part of the end with the belt is cut/broken off. T are also small tears and loose stitching on the belt as can be seen in the photos. I have found no markings on the belt. The belt measures approximately 1 3/4" wide and 40" long not including the brass buckle. The buckle is approximately 3" x 2" and is marked THE PETTIBONE MFG. CO. CIN'TI. O . The buckle is in very good shape with the typical scratches. The sword hangers are marked HORSTMANN PHILA. and are in good shape with a few small tears in the fabric. The brass snaps, buckles and hooks are all present and function correctly. I prefer PAYPAL and the item will be shipped U.S. Mail. Please let me know if you are bidding on an item that ends another day and want the items shipped together. My shipping and return policy is listed below. MAINE residents MUST pay 5% state sales tax. Most of my items are of a vintage age and could have minor flaws that would have been normal in that era of manufacturing.
