vintage Italian 22mm carved shell cameo SILVER big ring M or 6 1/4 - 670Lovely piece and a rather good size for its type, very wearable and in great condition. The actual cameo is nicely carved. Tested for silver, there are also feint traces of a silver mark on the outside of the back of the ring band.size - 6 1/4 or M and up to 22mm widecondition - very goodmy ref : 670 combined shipping is FREE on subsequent items - you only pay once for postage!
