Happy Thanksgiving Holidays to all of our American Ebayers. We have just returned from another spectacular trip around Italy w we have discovered many exceptional Antique Italian Religious items that we can now present to you on Ebay. This week we are very pleased to offer several stunning pieces dating from the 1800's....an elaborately gorgeous Monstrance, an ornate Chalice, a Sanctuary Lamp, a Church Incense Thurible, a second Chalice with Patten, and a lovely Ciborium. Also, we have an Antique Priest's kit of Sacramental Oils, Blessed Eucharist Pyx and Bishop's Oil Stock from early 1900's. (Please see our Group Photo and check our other Auctions.) IN THIS AUCTION we have a several Vinage items for you. These pieces have come to us along with some Altar vessels we bought, and we would like to make these available to someone who will honor the service they have provided and give them a new home. First, t is a Priest's travel Sacramental Oil kit in a leather case. The case holds two oil canisters, one marked OL. CHAT. and the other OL. CRIS. The canisters are dome shaped with a Maltese Cross at the top and measure 2 ¾ inches high. Inside, each has the glass container for the oil. The black case has its original worn red felt lining and a little clasp for closing. Second, t is a Priest's travel Pyx measuring 1 ¾ inch in diameter. read more
