Up for auction we have a vintage Jacobs DetectoWate dry goods scale. The round top with the numbers has glass on one side (yellow side) and is a wee bit loose, but is missing the glass on the other side. The top has some rust around it, and it is approx. 8 ¼ inches in diameter. The metal basket is approx. 12 inches wide, and 17 ½ inches long and we think is galvanized, with a bit of rust on the lip around the outside edge. The chain has some rust on it also, but remember, it is old and vintage. The scale does seem to work for us. This is a great vintage piece. Money orders, cashiers checks are great. Personal checks will take 10 days to clear, unless you have good feedback Those of you who really like to use PAYPAL we also accept that too. Insurance is optional.
