Beautiful vintage jade tree in a cloisonné pot. This exquisite piece is meant to look like a flowering tree. Individual petals are wired together to form unusual stylized flowers. They are on what looks like floss covered stem with a bark like “trunk” lower down. The flowers (and one dainty bud!) seem to be various semi-precious stones. One tested as amethyst. I’m not sure about the others though the leaves look like jade. The metal pot is decorated with flowing, stylized flower designs, vibrant in shades of pink, rose, green, yellow and black against turquoise. The tree is about 9” tall to the top of the “bud”, as it is shown in our photo (including the pot). The pot is about 3-5/8” across. The pot is in good, clean, intact condition with only an occasional, minor, tiny nick in a rim edge. One flower has one broken petal. One branch is missing something at the top - either a leave or a flower or a bud. One leaf is loose - think the loop area might be cracked. Some flowers or branches are slightly flattened and need a little adjustment. T is general dustiness overall. Buyer pays Priority Mail S&H (in U.S.) or First Class (Air) International.
