Tranquility at it's best! Up for auction is a beautiful silk embroidery piece that is already matted and framed in a raised foam backing. This Silk embroidered parrot in branch is on a pure white satin back. The hand detail of this embroidery is beautiful and flawless. This is a vintage Asian piece from the 1940s. It measures 21" across and 26" tall including custom frame and double matting. The framing looks to be good quality. This is an estate piece and has been well preserved with no direct sunlite, so that the colors are as vibrant as the day it was made.
