Vintage JC Higgins Sears Roebuck Red Bicycle/Bike Up for auction is this vintage JC Higgins Bicycle made by Sears, Roebuck and Co. The exact manufacturing year is unknown but the JC Higgins brand was discontinued in the early 1960s which makes the bike at least 40 years old. It is in good condition for its age. The tires are flat but the pedals spin and the chain is intact. The wheels intermittently scrape against the surrounding metal but it seems like they just need to be straightened out a bit. T is minimal rust on the body with some scratches and wear on the paint, which is a nice red color. This could be a nice fixer upper. This charming bike will take you back to your youth! - The tire rims measure 22-1/2 inches in diameter. - The handlebars measure 25 inches across. - The measurement from the point w the seat post is inserted to the pedal arms is 18-1/4 inches.
