FUEL, RATE OF FLOW INDICATOR 0-12,000 PPHManufactured by Bendix Aviation Corporation, Eclipse - Pioneer Division U.S.26 Volts, 400 Cycles 2 inch diameter instrument This type of Fuel Flow Instrument was used in Aircraft such as the early B-52 Stratofortress or the F-4 Phantom as well as other warbirds of that era. This is a Used , over 50 year old, Vintage Instrument. The Face looks quite nice for it's age. I cannot tell you exactly which aircraft it was removed from. It has been in storage for many years. A Little Information on the Boeing B-52 & F-4: For many years the B-52 Stratofortresses were the primary manned strategic bombers for the United States. Many improvements to the B-52's over the years, allowed it to adapt to the needs of the military for over 35 years of missions. The Phantom was first used by the U.S. Navy as an interceptor. It also flew as a ground-support bomber for the U.S. Marine Corps. This aircraft flew many traditional military missions such as: attack, air defense, air superiority, close air support, interception, suppression, long-range strike, fleet defense and reconnaissance. T were numerous variations built by McDonnell and then McDonnell Douglas.
