VINTAGE G.I. JOE 1964 U.S. MARINE CORPS ACTION FIGURE For auction is a VINTAGE G.I. JOE 1964 U.S. MARINE CORPS ACTION FIGURE. First of all let it be clear I know nothing about these so if you have ANY questions, I’ll do my best. I enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1964. That Christmas I received this as a gift from a then girlfriend . She obviously took the Army utilities off and put on the dress blues. This was at Mom’s home since ,in the box, and never played with. The box is brand new, no tears or rips. The paper work is: Official gear and equipment manual, How to build your G.I. Joe Battle Scenes, How to Uniform your G.I. Joes for Active Service, Your G.I. Joe Equipment, “ Join The G.I. Joe Club!”, Army chevrons, PFC-CORP. STAFF., ‘ Removal Of Boots’, G.I Joe Army Manual, G.I. Joe Marine Manual, A pair of Army utilities ( shirt & trousers )- never worn-, A plastic utility cover , A pair of brown plastic combat boots- never worn-, THE G.I. FIGURE in dress blues, jacket and trousers, white dress belt, Black plastic dress shoes, White plastic Barracks Cover, A white and black plastic M-1 rifle with the elastic sling, and a aluminum dog tag with a metal chain. My reserve price is what a local toy collector offered me. There will be NO-RETURNS on this item due to what’s involved, so PLEASE ask any questions before bidding.
