Made in London, Autocrat snares are rare and were for some years the best available in the country.
They were owned and played by serious, professional musicians.
The sound of this drum is immense. Warm, vintage, woody tone. Sticks feel softer and buttery in your hands.
Please note the Black Diamond Pearl is the much nicer vintage smoky style as found on early Radio Kings, not the later darker smaller pattern.
It is not a fragile piece - it can be played every day as your signature sound.
The condition is incredible. There is no flaking or loss to the chrome. Original snare wires.
Viewing is welcome and you can audition this drum and a selection of others at the same time. Shipping prices outside UK are close estimates for guidelines only.
