The seed beads and sequins are attached to a satin fabric. You can actually see lots of hand stitching near flap and inside! The beading is in excellent condition! T is a water spot, not noticeable from the outside when case is snapped shut. When open it is under the flap, it does not show up in pictures. Case snaps shut and snap works perfectly.
