Remember ~ This is a 3 day auction, so don't miss out! ALL of my razors ship in a box, not in an envelope. For your consideration, and for your collection, I present you with this very clean Joseph Elliot Silver Steel Straight Razor. The blade is in outstanding condition. It has no rust, no blemishes, and shows very little signs of wear. On the blades tip, as seen in the photos, you should be able to see that t are a few scratches just on the blades tip. They are very light scratches, and can not be felt to the touch. Engraved on the blades tang are the word, "JOSEPH ELLIOT, SILVER STEEL" The blade is a nice 3/4" in width, and has no sharpening damage. T are no nicks, chips, dings, or any other type of damage to the blade, or the blades edge. It has a very nice and shiny finish. The handle shows a little more wear, the pivotting pin looks to be in great condition, although the handle has a tiny chip on the very tip, just above the pivotting pin, as seen in the photos. The other pin appears to be in great conditionas well, although Ibelieve it has been pinged, or tightened up at some point in time, causing it to be too tight and cracking the handle in one spot around the pin. This crack can also be seen in the photos. The handle is a gloss black in color, but also has a brownish shiny wood grain finish to it. T are no scratches on the handle, and other than the damage I've described, it appears to be fine. This would make a great shaver that would last a long time with only a little strapping. It is sharp, and just about ready to shave. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
