This old enamel pitcher was purchased at an estate sale and was part of a vintage enamelware collection. It stands just a fraction over 10" to the top of the lip. We try to ship daily to ensure quick shipment to you, usually the day following payment clearing unless it requires special packaging. If you need this item overnight, please email for shipping fees/availability. We do not ship on week-ends, as our post office does not have Sat. window hours.A handling fee is added to cover packaging supplies (which includes $0.50 for a tracking number for U.S. customers).If an item requires special handling (purchasing of oversize box, special packaging materials, etc.) this results in a larger handling fee. This is not often as I purchase and keep on hand various size boxes and mailing envelopes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and styrofoam. INSURANCE is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended and protects you in the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit. The only time I require insurance is if it is a highly fragile and/or costly item. I pack extremely well, but packages are sometimes handled very roughly in transit.
