Here is a fine example of a German made Kayser sewing machine head. You don't often see this brand here in the States, but it is a very well made one. Although I am not certain, I believe this machine dates to the mid to late 1950's. It has the reverse feature. I have shown some stitching in the photo. The line in the center is sewn in reverse, and the yellow thread is the bobbin thread. The bobbin winder works very well. The leather winding wheel is not original to the machine. This machine uses standard household 15x1 needles. The plate for the belt access holes is removable. With it in place the bed measures 7 x 16 3/4 The distance between the hinge pin mounting holes is about 9 1/2 " . One bobbin is included. The machine has some small chips in the paint with a few small hazy spots. It could use some cleaning in the tight areas, but overall its a clean well cared for machine. I will pack this machine very carefully. If you have any questions please ask and I will respond. Thank You for looking. I will be listing more machines in the coming days and weeks so check back in often. Payment within three days.
