Up for bid is this vintage Kenmore Sewing machine model #1340. This is listed as a "Six Stitch" model. I could not find a year model but judging from the pictures on the owners manuel it is an early 70's model. The machine is in great condition and appears to have been either used slightly used or really taken care of. I do not sew but the machine turns on, the light works around the needle area and needle moves up and down like it is supposed to. The machine is operated by a foot pedal. The package deal has a box of attachments, and two button hole attachments. The owners manual is in great shape. The sewing machine comes with a plastic cover that latches to the bottom. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and I will do the best to answer them. I aquired the sewing machine from my wifes co-worker and it belonged to her mother. The machine is sold as is with no warranty, guarantee and no refund unless a mistake is made in the ad.
