I tem Description YOU ARE CONSIDERING A 1975 Fisher Price Little People Tree House. I only have the tree. No People, No furniture. The tree house has a handle at the top of the tree and a button under it which will close the tree house to make it look like " Just a Tree. It still works fine. There is a ladder coming off the main floor of the tree house that's supposed to have a swing on it...It is no longer there. Most of the flooring paper and the wallpaper looks okay, it has some wear, and parts are coming up at the edges. See photo 3. Photo 2 for missing swing..The wallpaper on the walls looks pretty good. Nothing on the walls is torn away. It will need some extra cleaning upon arrival. There is a small crack on the house level of the tree about 1/2 inch long. Should be easy to repair. The bottom part of the tree looks good too ! I acquire my items through many different sources.
