In excellent condition kitchen table and 2 chairs.No stains or rips in the fabric.A few wear scratches on the table legs and chair legs.With the leaves folded down it's 23 3/4 inches X 21 1/2 inchesWith the leaves up it's 41 inches in length.Stands 29 inches tall.
