This is a Vietnam or Korean War era radio. The radio was developed in 1952 (Korean War). As with many other items, it was re-issued during the Vietnam war. It was primarily employed by the US Air Force and US navy. It came in a variety of colors.The radio had two crystals. It covered a frequency of 121.5 and 243 MHZ. It modulated in AM
