This lovely Art Deco perfume gift set is Cara Nome by Langlois of Boston. The set is in excellent condition and is in a great box which reads Dearest Name Cara Nome and has pictures of ladies with names from yesteryear such as Irene, Bertha, Lillian, Dorothy and many others. The set contains an unopened full Toilet Powder tin in nearly new condition, a 4 ounce bottle of Cara Nome perfume, also full, a burgundie lip stick which looks unused and comes in a blue and goldtone metal case, an unopened box of Rachelle dark face powder, a slightly used rouge called Action Red in a small round case with an applicator and tiny mirror and a blue loose powder compact with mirror and applicator. This compact is unused but empty so must have been intended to be used with the box of unopened face powder. T is one empty square section in this set which possibly held soap? I don't have a price guide to vintage perfumes so I'm not sure. This gift collection is a wonderful find--each of the items is held in a blue satin lined box and they are still very clean with bright colors. The box lid is torn on one corner but has been retaped. T is also a piece of tape on the top of the lid which I did not remove so I would not tear the box. I will pack this set carefully but please note that I cannot guarantee that the lipstick will not melt during shipping, read more
