Along the picking route I came across three large pendants like this one I have here for sale. I purchased all three of them as I could not resist the raw abstract tribal beauty each one embodied and knew others would love them as well. I personally have more jewelry than one person can wear, so this along with all the others I purchased will be passed on for someone else to enjoy. The gentleman I purchased them from along the route told me he bought them all directly from the artist who made them in Mexico 15-20 years ago. This pendant is stamped Eochen and Mexico on the bail (see photo number 4). I tried to research the stamp but came up empty handed. So Eochen may be the name of the artist who created it, but I have no way of knowing that for sure, and the Mexico part fits with the story I was told upon purchasing them. The pendant is made with a various concoction of metals as well as an orange natural stone cabochon of some sort in the center of the over all abstract modern yet tribal style design. This design resembles an abstract sun in my opinion. I believe the bail is at least 800 silver, if not sterling, but I have not had a chance to test it with an my acid test kit to be sure so please use your own discretion and don't purchase this based on my judgement of such alone.
