Vintage Large Antique Sterling Cameo Pendant Diamonds You are bidding on a very rare, exquisite large antique "Turn of the Century" Cameo Pendant dating back to the very early 1900s or late 1800s. This large pendant measures 1 3/4" X 1 1/4" & weighs a hefty 12.2 grams. A very beautiful piece, Stunning! All hand carved flower rosettes on genuine Ivory with a Carnelian shell base. The detail of this piece is fabulous! The lovely Cameo Lady is wearing a sterling silver pendant with a 7 point genuine mine cut diamond & also has a 3 point mine cut diamond in an earring hanging from her ear. The larger diamond has an excellent cut and is high in quality. Pendant is supported in the backside with a sterling or coin silver bar secured on top and bottom. The silver in this piece is genuine & authentic & may even be coin silver which they used back in the late 1800s. I guarantee it to be either coin silver or sterling silver, as that's what my jeweler told me and he valued this cameo at at several hundred dollars. I acquired this Cameo from an Estate of an 80 year old woman in NJ & this piece belonged to her mother, & she stated that it was a good 100 years old! Excellent condition with no chips or cracks!
