This is an old magazine page dated 1910. It shows a Frog-faced and Bat-eared Frenchie. It measures 11" by 16" and is in great condition. It reads Society's latest pet the French Bulldog. King Edward VII started it all and was competing against the English Bulldogs popularity. It also makes note of the ruff around the dogs neck-that it's a decoration -not the dogs fur !!. Interesting.
