2 Vintage Lefton China Vendor Figurines Up for auction are 2 vintage Lefton China figurines. These beautiful hand-painted figurines are made of porcelain and have a matte finish. Both of these figurines are street vendors - look closely at the wooden box that opens up to display their wares. Bookseller Vendor #2432 · Bookseller Vendor measures approx. 6½" tall x 5¼" across x 4¼" deep This figurine features a gentleman selling books while sitting on a bench reading a book with his faithful dog by his side. In the vendor's stall is a wooden box with books that are ready to sell. The ground is cement-like grey with brick around it. Notice the delicate hand-applied flower in front of the dog. The bottom of the figurine is marked "Lefton China Hand Painted Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. 2432". The bottom has a partial label imprinted "Lefton Trade Mark Exclusives Japan". Karen Barton book "Twentieth Century Lefton China and Collectibles" has a 2001 value (6 years ago) of $95.00 for this figurine. Flower Lady Vendor #2431 · Flower Lady Vendor measures approx. 6½" tall x 5¼" across x 4¼" deep This figurine features a lady selling flowers while sitting on a bench while knitting. In the vendor's is a wooden box with flowers that are ready to sell. The ground is cement-like grey with brick around it with more flowers to sell in a bucket on the ground. The bottom of the figurine is marked "Lefton China Hand Painted Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. 2431". The bottom has a label imprinted "Lefton Trade Mark Exclusives Japan ". Karen Barton book "Twentieth Century Lefton China and Collectibles" has a 2001 value (6 years ago) of $95.00 for this figurine. Condition Both figurines are in MINT Condition with NO Chips, NO Cracks, NO Crazing and NO Repairs. Sorry about the light (white lines and spots) reflections in the photos.
