I am selling the rest of my letter opener collection that I received from an estate. I am selling them as collections and are being described to the best of my ability. (see my other listings). These 3 openers are as follows: (descriptions are from top to bottom.) 1. This 5-1/4" letter opener is made from sterling and is marked Windsor on the blade. It has an enameled Maple leaf with red, yellow and green colors on the carved top that bears a crown on the tip. It is beautifully detailed and is in very good used condition. 2. This 6" letter opener is enclosed in a sword case. The blade is sterling. The handle and the cover our beautifully detailed with flowers and scrolling, but I don't know what the material is. It is in very good used condition. 3. This 4" letter opener is made of sterling and ivory. It is a delicate litter opener with beautiful detail. T appears to be some type of marking on the handle otherwise some design, but can not define. The blade is in excellent unused condition, but the screws need to be tightened to make the blade sturdier for use. Please email me with any questions. The miniature sterling letter opener (3) does not have an ivory blade. The blade is made of mother of pearl and has a stylized Orientalist shape with a sharp tip & edge.
