This is a Vintage Mermaid Figurine that hangs on the wall she is holding and playing a harp She has long red hair with flowers in her hair and right below her left arm, her tail is a purplish lustre color and she has a pretty painted face. She is over 8 inches tall she does have a sticker on the back of her Made in Japan i is red and gold and the # 3107 probably at one time she had another sticker like maybe Lefton or Napco ? but it is gone now. She has no damage I can se with the naked eye. She does need a cleaning.
