As in all of our auctions - No Reserve Needs a cleaning, but appears to be in nice condition I am in no way an expert on the subject, but you can see all of the technical information in the bottom two photos below. Please feel free to ask questions. I believe this is known as a survey transit level. It includes a compass. The scope moves up and down freely. It also moves freely horizontally. The spoked wheel next to the scope is slightly out of shape. It leans in near the top a bit. The compass needle does not move. The box has seen better days, and is in very poor condition.
