Vintage Lighted Sail Boat Ship Clock United Model # 811 Description: *Please read the entire description and the terms of this auction before bidding* Hello and welcome Vintage electric ship clock by United Metal Goods Mfg. Inc., Brooklyn, NY Model #811. It is in overall very good condition. It has a 4 1/2' cord with an old style plug and is probably from the '40's or '50's. No cracks or tape on the cord. It measures 19" W x 16" H x 2.75" D. It is a dark rich colored wood with 4 chrome sails. T are a few nicks in the wood, but for the most part, it is clean and in great condition. The sails are free of any corrosion, but t are some scratches and light pitting, mainly on the back sail and on the plate under the on/off switch for the lights, which sits down inside the ship. T are 2 working lights. One on the front and one on the back of the deck, that lights up the port holes. I believe t are supposed to be caps or reflectors that go over the lights. These are missing. It is also missing the strings or wire for the sails, but all the hardware is present, if you would want to restring it. The clock is in great working order and keeps perfect time..
