Vintage Lighted Stag Beer Sign

Very cool old Stag Beer Sign. Great for your Game Room, your bar/family room, or even your garage, if that's w all the 'GUYS' hang out! It is approximately 28 1/2" long, 8 1/2" high, and 3" wide. It is lighted by 4 fluorescent bulbs - lights right up when the chain is pulled! The box part is made of metal and has a few small rust spots - nothing too major given it's age, but you may want to touch up the spots if it will be in a damp environment. The front is a hard molded plastic. The coloring of the letters is still nice and bright. The plastic part has a small chip on the fold over of one corner but it can not be seen from the front so does not detract from the appearance at all. T also is a crack at one of the spots w the front panel screws to the back but it has been repaired so is of no consequence. T are four little metal 'arms' - one on each corner. One is loose and two no longer have their rubber caps like the other two. I have never known what these little arms are for - they do not seem to serve a purpose.

One of our friends owned a tavern and had this sign and others hanging behind the bar area. When he closed the tavern about 20 years ago, he gave us a few of his better signs to decorate the basement family room. I have no idea how long he had the sign before he gave it to us, but I know it is at least the 20 years old that we have had it!
