The lighter is fully functional, it has a fresh new flint and lights up on the first try. The lighter has only been used a few times, its very clean and it's in excellent condition.The lighter looks and feels like a new lighter and it has a very long life left.The faux leather handle is fully intact with a few small blemishes.The box is in great shape and fully intact. The instructions are crisp bright and mint.
