Up for bid is this lightweight lap quilt, handstitched patchwork. It measures 69 x 60". It is patchwork on the front with no spicific design and plain fabric on the back. I assume this quilt dates back to late 1800s as it was in the same trunk with other quilts that had 1898 varified. It does have one very light stain barely visible, otherwise in excellant condition. It is trimmed around with seersucker material and don't let that throw you, seesucker was first used in early 1800s' and manufacturerd at that time in India. I prefer paypal as I like to ship fast,but will gladly accept money orders ,cashier checks or personal checks. If paying by personal check,please allow a few days to clear. I cannot be financially responsible for lost or undeliverable mail. I do put trackers on all items and will do all I can to help retrieve the item.
