This is a 16 piece vintage Lionel "O" gauge train car set which was purchased between 1949-1956 by my father with the exception of a few pieces that appear to have been purchased in the 1960's. Their condition vary from OK to fair. They were stored in boxes for over 40 years. My little brother played with many of these in the 1960's. Many of these cars will show the evidence of an 8 year old playing with train cars. These pieces are in fair to poor condition and some could be used as spare parts. T are no tracks, motors, power sources, or accessories, and this set is sold as is. I know nothing about old toy trains and have done my best to identify and describe this set to the best of my ability. The information in the descriptions below was found on various Lionel websites. I can tell you if the couplings and wheels are t, and t appears to be devices that were activated magnetically, but I have no idea if anything works as intended. The pieces are described as follows: Model pw-6014 FRISCO BOXCAR built in 1957, has non- opening double door, type I box car, white plastic body with heat stamped lettering. Model 6465 SUNOCO TANK CAR- (I have two) The tank car was a staple of most post-war sets. These cars had magnetic couplers (I have no idea if they still do!) and the Sunoco logo was rubber stamped in three colors on a bright silver
