This auction item is for a Vintage LLADRO "Sitting Boy with Parrot" Figurine ~ No. 730. This figurine has been stored in its original box and is unused in mint condition, free of any cracks, chips, repair or crazing . This lovely glaze porcelain piece is of a young boy seated in a reclining position. With his back resting against what appears to be a bundle of stick, he motions to a small bird perched on the tip toe of one of his shoes. The piece is beautifully colored in the Lladro style with pastel color clothing of a gray shirt, blue pants/socks, light green hat and gray shoes. His white neck scarf and green patch of "grass" he sits on provide a nice color balance to the piece. Key marking on the bottom reads: LLADRO, Hand Made in Spain . T are a couple other marks on the bottom that may be factory marks. Of note, box has tape marks from taping used to secure it in a move. Measurement: 6" high x 8 ¾" long x 4 ¾" wide across back.
